The early bird registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadline mentioned above.

Registration opportunities

Delegate fee includes:

  1. One delegate registration (attending all Conference Sessions and events organized within the framework of the Conference)
  2. Delegate Kit
  3. Coffee-breaks  / Lunch / Party: 14-15 February
Speaker fee includes:
  • Verbal presentation of one paper during the Conference (20 minutes)
  • Abstracts published in English and Russian in the Conference Catalogue (the Catalogue is provided to all Conference participants)
  • Attending all Conference Sessions and events organized within the framework of the Conference
  • Delegate Kit
  • Coffee-breaks / Lunch / Party: 14-15 February

Exibitor fee includes:

Space of 2-3 m2 for roll-up, banners, demonstration of equipment. Fit out with table, chairs, electric power receptacle. Floor plan will be provided on request

Distance participation in the conference includes:

  • inclusion of the company’s contacts into the conference catalog
  • Inclusion of the abstracts into the conference catalog
  • publication of the company presentation (in original language) on Conference web-site (with possibility to download the file) in electronic format and participants’ contacts

  • 10% – for academic institutions and noncommercial associations

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Organizing Committee (Email: info@con-fig.com).

Cancellations received later than 15 working days before the first day of the Conference will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 50% of the Conference fee. Cancellations made later than 5 working days befor the first day of the Conference, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee.

Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from Organizing Committee. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.
